Characteristics:
Foliage: Evergreen
Exposure: Full sun or light shade
Bloom Season: May - June. Slightly fragrant
Growth HabbitUpright with large spreading canopy
Soil Preference: Well-drained
Notes:
Consider root barrier up against concrete surfaces. Root system can sometimes become invasive.

Characteristics:
Foliage: Evergreen to semi-evergreen.
Exposure: Full sun
Bloom Season: December. Insignificant.
Growth HabbitUp to 30’ in ten years. 75’ x 70’ max growth.
Soil Preference: Well-drained
Notes:
Consider root barrier up against concrete surfaces. Hardy to 20 deg. f. ‘Majestic Beauty’ is more evergreen.

Characteristics:
Foliage: Deciduous
Exposure: Full sun
Bloom Season: March - April
Growth HabbitColumnar to 60’
Soil Preference: Well-drained soils
Notes:
Purchase male trees. Female trees produce illscented flower.

Characteristics:
Foliage: Deciduous to Semi-evergreen

Bloom Season: March - June
Growth HabbitUpright oval canopy to 40’ high by 30’ wide
Soil Preference: Well-drained sandy soils
Notes:
Tender to temperatures below 25 deg. f. Little pruning requirements. Resists oak root fungus.
