Exposure: Full or partial shade
Bloom Season: December to February
Growth HabbitUpright clump to 12”
Soil Preference: Prefers well-drained rich soils
Notes:
Good edging plant. Keep away snails.

OSTEOSPERMUM fruticosum - African Daisy

Characteristics:
Foliage: Evergreen
Exposure: Full sun
Bloom Season: Repeatedly with white to purple flowers
Growth HabbitClumping to 2’ x 3’ avg. Fast.
Soil Preference: Tolorates most soils.
Notes:
Great for soil retention. Tolerates drought. Suitable for Xeriscaping.

Foliage: Perennial

Bloom Season: July - August
Growth HabbitUpright to 14”.
Soil Preference: Rich organic soils.

Characteristics:
Foliage: Evergreen
Exposure: Full sun or light shade
Bloom Season: May - June. Slightly fragrant
Growth HabbitUpright with large spreading canopy
Soil Preference: Well-drained
Notes:
Consider root barrier up against concrete surfaces. Root system can sometimes become invasive.
