AGAVE Germiniflora - Twin-Flowered Agave

Characteristics:
Foliage: Evergreen
Exposure: Full Sun to mostly shade
Bloom Season: Infrequent. May take ten years to bloom.
Growth HabbitClumping to 3’ ht x 3’ wd (single specemin)
Soil Preference: Likes well-drained soils
Notes:
This Agave is used where one must makea bold in a small area. May have frost damage below 25 degrees f.

Characteristics:
Foliage: Evergreen
Exposure: Full Sun
Bloom Season: March - April
Growth HabbitSlow to 3’ max.
Soil Preference: Tolorates most soil
Notes:
Do not plant near paths or seating areas.

Characteristics:
Foliage: Deciduous
Exposure: Full Sun
Bloom Season: April-July
Growth HabbitClumping. Vase shaped to 20’
Soil Preference: Tolerant of many conditions. Prefers well-drained
Notes:
Easy to maintain. Has thorns - Do not plant near pathways or seating areas. Good for hillsides.

Characteristics:
Foliage: Evergreen
Exposure: Full Sun to light shade
Bloom Season: May-July
Growth HabbitClumping to 4’ ht x 4’ wd (single specemin)
Soil Preference: Tolorates most soil
Notes:
Very low maintenance. Can be kept smaller when thinned out.

This plant may be able to take full sun in morning exposures only. May go deciduous in some ares.
